2) Vote
with the Europeans on any future EBRD loans to Russia.
3) Restrictions
on imports from Ukraine.
Now
about those plans for Putin’s
December visit to Tokyo…

Interesting.
I can’t see the White House letting it happen, but it’s something to keep an
eye on. Evidently, in the G-Zero world, you do your best to make sure that the
friends of an enemy are also your friends.
